Shilpa is responsible for formulating CSR vision, strategy and policies for BGSW. She has worked extensively on institutionalizing volunteering model and promoted Social Leadership program, Model School development and Sports, as a catalyst for Social change. She has also implemented CSR projects across domains like disability, education, conservation, water positivity, wildlife & domestic animal rehabilitation, Swachha Bharat and is currently working on Covid-19 relief programs.

She is an MBA by qualification with 24 years of experience at Bosch in HR & CSR.

Mouli comes with wealth of experience and deep passion for driving positive change. He is instrumental in advancing the CSR initiatives, forging partnerships and ensure the projects continue to make a meaningful impact on society and environment. He is a M.Sc (Sustainable Development) degree holder from Christ University, Bangalore. He responsible for Central projects and volunteering initiatives at BGSW. He has worked on diverse themes such as Education, Environment, Community Development & Rural Development. He had joined BGSW/CSR in 2023.

Rajat is responsible for curating meaningful CSR projects in Bengaluru post consensus from key-stakeholders, identifying NGO partners post due diligence, ensuring achievement of social outcomes while fostering collaborations in both internal and external context. Over the past three years, Rajat has also contributed toward managing CSR communications and branding, organizing offline and online volunteering engagements and co-ideating technology solutions for good.

Rajat has secured a gold medal during his post-graduation MBA in CSR and Sustainability. From being an Embedded software engineering professional, he transitioned onto a journey to transform lives by joining BGSW/CSR in 2020.

Niraj is responsible for Impact Assessment and Monitoring & Evaluation of CSR Projects. In addition, Niraj anchors the Tech4CSR, a program for developing and leveraging technology for Social Impact. Trained as an engineer and a management professional, with over two decades of experience as a Techno-business and Humanitarian Professional, Niraj always strives to be an 'Agent of Change'. Niraj joined BGSW/CSR in 2023.

Sohn is responsible for Volunteering Coordination and Scholarship Management. With an MSW in community development they bring in a unique perspective to case management system and a personalized presence to the beneficiaries. With a wide pool of talents, they conduct various unique skill sharing concepts to the Volunteering community at BGSW. They joined BGSW/CSR in 2022.

Nagoor is responsible for volunteering management for all locations and engagement in Coimbatore. With nine years of experience across Non-Profit organizations, he brings forth vast knowledge in community development, international volunteering, and youth empowerment. Nagoor holds a Diploma in Experiential Education and has worked in the development sector since 2010. He joined BGSW/CSR in 2021.

Bezaleel is responsible for Managing CSR projects, NGO onboarding, and volunteer & stakeholder management at Bosch Hyderabad. He has implemented impactful community development programs and holistic village development projects. He joined Bosch group in 2014. Bezaleel holds a degree in MSW - Community Development and has been working with the development sector since 2010.

Aakanksha is responsible for Managing CSR projects, Monitoring & Evaluation, Impact Assessment, and volunteer & stakeholder management at Pune. Aakanksha is a certified CSR professional holding a Gold Medal in MSW degree. She has over a decade of experience in defining, developing, and implementing strategic CSR initiatives aligned with business objectives. Aakanksha has a track record of setting up, strengthening, and scaling up CSR operations in sync with the organization’s overall vision. She joined BGSW/CSR in 2023.
