Dattatri Salagame took over the responsibility of President and Managing Director of BGSW in April 2020. Datta's leadership spans three decades in the software and technology industry, and he has held various impactful roles in business leadership, strategy, innovation, start-up incubation, mergers and acquisitions, sales, and global delivery at Bosch.

?Throughout his career, Datta has worked on diverse and fascinating domains such as industrial design, automotive crash simulation, and car navigation, among others. As the CEO of BGSW, he has the opportunity to lead a large, multi-country, multi- cultural, and multi-format technology organization. In this role, he aims to leverage human intellect to create societal impact on an unprecedented global scale. Datta's extensive experience and diverse background enables him to bring a unique perspective to his leadership position. By combining his knowledge of the software and technology industry with his passion for societal impact, he strives to drive innovation, growth, and positive change within BGSW and the larger global community.

An industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, Jacob Peter leads the Mobility Engineering areas responsible for R&D in Cross Computing and Vehicle Motion. ?He is also the member of the Board of Management of Bosch Digital with focus on Asia, Mobility and workplace technologies. ?He has been associated with Bosch for 25 years now and has managed diverse roles during his leadership.

Jacob is passionate about the possibilities that connectivity, machine learning, and analytics will bring to automobiles and topics that fall on the cusp of classical electronics and Digital, like Telematics, ADAS, and IoT.

A strategic astute financial professional with extensive experience to provide finance, operational, entrepreneur leadership in multifunctional, multicultural and fast paced business environment.
