The Why Behind The What:

The purpose of technology has always been to simplify our lives. Countless laborious tasks which earlier took hours and days to complete with a lot of manual intervention can now be completed in minutes. In the modern world, technology has completely transformed the way we interact with our environment. Everything, from our cars to our lightbulbs, is connected and dynamic. When I look at the details of these innovations, it inspires me to become a part of the change.

What Drives Your Passion?

Every project we work on requires us to a keen understanding of life around us. We try to understand the customer journey and identify different bottlenecks that they face in the journey. We then piece together solutions for these bottlenecks to simplify the entire process. We use technologies such as AI and IoT to develop out-of-the-box solutions almost every day.

Understanding Nhan's Work:

I once worked on a project that aimed at simplifying HR support within an organization and we had to create a holistic tool for employees to interact with the HR unit. It required us to be thorough and intuitive about the challenges faced by the employees as well as the HR department.

The HR solution was a Digital Employee Experience aimed at enhancing the employees' experience within the workplace. Not only did this solution record their log-in and log-out timings, but also offered a platform to communicate with the HR unit about their requirements, grievances, permissions, and share any related document; as well as receive feedback and reports from the managers - all with a few clicks of a mouse. We made the solution simple, productive, and transparent which helped it win the trust of the entire organization.

Another project was where we had to develop a GPS-based solution to make the driving experience smarter and safer. We employed CI/DAV to develop an IoT solution that aided drivers in seeking emergency support. The system was supposed to not just monitor every movement of the car, but also use this data to decipher when an accident occurs and how severe it is. Once an accident is detected, the system has to transmit accurate GPS-based information to the nearest police and fire departments.

We had to cover every nook-and-cranny and think of every possibility so that the driver could be carefree. It was an extensive project and tested our innovative capabilities as a team.

What Does The Future Hold?

Technology is here to help us live better, and it is our job as coders to make it happen. Digital solutions have now become mainstream and 'smart' devices are everywhere. Moving forward, we are only seeing a growth in this trend - more and more gadgets will become smarter and connecting with them will become even more convenient.
